I love freshly baked bread, and who doesn’t?
But, and that’s a big but, I refuse to eat those white flour breads they sell today.
And I would like to avoid the time consuming yeast process, if possible.
I discovered this wonderful spelt flour, healthy and so much better than its relative, wheat flour.
And found an incredibly fast and tasty way to make bread out of it using baking powder!
You will get around 6-8 servings.
This is perfect for a light dinner for the kids along with salad. Or a lovely addition to serve your guest when you invite them over for brunch.
You can change you toppings as you wish.
Add garlic cloves, pre-baked pepper or zucchini. Or even without any topping but salt and olive oil.
